Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Clarence Paugh can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

I had the opportunity to meet this great man when I was working with his son, Scott in the WV State Police. I always called Scott, "Eddie" because that's what he wanted me to call him. Rest In Peace Mr. Paugh and I thank God that we were able to meet each other. You and your wife raised a wonderful man who I am proud to call my friend until the end of time.
