Message to the Family: I had the opportunity to meet this great man when I was working with his son, Scott in the WV State Police. I always called Scott, "Eddie" because that's what he wanted me to call him. Rest In Peace Mr. Paugh and I thank God that we were able to meet each other. You and your wife raised a wonderful man who I am proud to call my friend until the end of time.
