The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Raymond Myers can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolences

Condolence From: T. Kelly
Condolence: My heartfelt condolences to the family on the loss of your loved one. May God almighty, father of tender mercies and all comfort continue to strengthen you all (2 Corinthians 1:3, 4). How eager we all are to see the fulfillment of Gods promise to completely remove death, tears, mourning, outcry and pain (Revelation 21:4). The Bible also provides assurance of the resurrection hope for our dead loved ones (John 5:25). May these promises from God bring you comfort.

Condolence From: Dot Pell Shreve
Condolence: Dear Phyllis, Brad, Liz and Alexa,

Ray was one of my first cousins. His mother Mary, was a sister of my dad, Art Pell. I have fond memories growing up in Morgantown of going to his home to visit and always listening to Ray play the piano or keyboard.

Music was a big part of who Ray was. He was a quiet, gentle man, but when he played, he couldn't help smiling. Most times just playing by "ear" or memory. I believe he expressed in music what he felt in his heart. He will be missed.

Ray married a friendly, kind, caring and faithful woman, Phyllis. She has cared for and stood by him for many years...first caring for his mother, Mary, and then loving and caring for him these past few years. There could be no better caregiver than Phyllis... God be with you Phyllis, Brad, Liz and Alexa in the coming days and on.

Love,
Dot
