The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Edward Smallwood can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence From: Dee Beeson RN
Condolence: i just learned of Ed's passing. I would say Mr. Smallwood but he'd say call me Ed. I enjoyed being his nurse and working with a wonderful family. He was one of those people that touched your heart, and such a fighter even on the worst days. My thoughts are with you all. May he forever rest in peace.

Condolence: Ed was very funny. I loved his sarcastic humor.
Thanks to Ed's love of reading I knew about The Lord of The Rings long before the popularity of the movies.
I will miss him.
