Forrest A. "Butch"  O'Hagan
Forrest A. “Butch” O’Hagan, age 74 of Haymond Road, Grafton, WV passed away Monday, July 11, 2016 at his residence.
He was born March 31, 1942 in New Jersey, a son of the late Forest and Voncile (Linton) O’Hagan.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 8 years, Stephanie Jo (Keefover) Toth O’Hagan; two children, Tracy A. O’Hagan (Tammy) of Evansville and Teena D. Larew (Paul) of Reedsville; five step children, Emily A. Davis of Morgantown, Brian D. Davis (Holly) of Virginia Beach, VA, Markus Toth, Shawn Toth, and Mateo Toth all of Grafton; eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren; two brothers, Bill and Dan O’Hagan of CA; one sister, Karen O’Hagan of Trenton, NJ; sister-in-law, Susan E. Young (Keith) of Cumberland, MD; one brother-in-law, Rich Keefover (Dottie) of Grafton; one niece, Shannon Ice (Todd) of Mt. Airy, NC; two nephews Russell Keener (companion, Jennifer) of Grafton, and Tony Keener (Mary) Grafton.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his former wife, Mary Anne (Proudfoot) Davis O’Hagan who passed away May 30, 2004.

Butch was the Chief Deputy for Preston County Sheriff’s Department for six years and was a self-employed truck driver. He was the Area Maintenance Assistant for the WV Department of Highways for 27 years.
He was a member of the Newburg Masonic Lodge and a member and Board Member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Grafton.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. David Bender, Dr. Alison Wilson and Taylor County Hospice.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Friday, July 15th from 2:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Saturday.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. with Lt. Wendy Parsons officiating.
Interment will follow at the Bluemont Cemetery in Grafton.
