Obituary for Eunetta Jean Summers (Skinner)

Eunetta Jean (Skinner) Shaffer Summers, age 85 of White Day Road, Grafton, WV passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born September 1, 1929 in Akron, OH, a daughter of the late William R. and Margaret Skinner.

She is survived by one son, Jeffrey A. Shaffer of Grafton; one granddaughter, Lauren T. Plum of Jacksonville, FL; one step-grandson, Michael Summers of Fairmont, WV; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one son, Mark D. Shaffer and one brother, William “Bill” Skinner.

Eunetta graduated from Grafton High School with the Class of 1947 and then graduated from business college. She was a retired school bus driver for the Taylor County Board of Education.
She attended the McConkey Church.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Wednesday,
December 3, 2014 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Thursday.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Charles MacDonald officiating.
Interment will follow at the Woodsdale Memorial Park Cemetery in Grafton.
