Bom-Wrapper

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Letha Cox can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Missing You

There are 43 years worth of stories I could share about my Nanny, so I decided instead of telling a story I would like to write about how much she is missed and how hard it has been without her. Nanny was one of those people who as soon as you met her you felt you were in the presence of someone special. She gave us all an incredible amount of love and affection. She had a very ornery personality, which was sometimes surprising, but always fun. Her capacity to love us all so much was incredible. Not only did she have 5 children, but she also had 18 grands as well. Of course there are lots of others as well. I feel priviledged that she was my nanny.  I could not have handpicked a grandmother as wonderful and as giving as she was. To my mother and my aunts and uncle, I am so sorry, because as hard as it is for us to lose our nanny, I recognize that she is your mother.

I just wanted to say how much we will all miss her. Its been three weeks and I feel the loss as if it were just the minute I was told.

To Nanny you are in my thoughts everyday. I know you are with Pap and Trevor, we miss all three of you very much. Thank you for all of your love and support throughout my 43 years. I love you very much.
