Kathryn “Cathy” Lee (Jacobs) Eskridge, age 61 of Drive In Road, Grafton, WV passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown following a lengthy illness.
She was born February 10, 1953 in Grafton, WV a daughter of the late John Andrew Jacobs, Sr. , and Betty Catherine (Watkins) Jacobs.

She is survived by six children, Jason Edwin Eskridge and wife Jill of Grafton, Cathy Jo Eskridge and Frank Spring II of Grafton, Terry Edwin Eskridge and wife Jennifer of Grafton, Matthew Edwin Eskridge of Grafton, Larry “Lee” Edwin Eskridge Jr. and wife Mary of Manassas, VA, and Lucinda “Cindy” Fay Redboy and husband George of VA; thirteen grandchildren and one great-grandson; one sister, Helen “Jeanie” Jean Smith and husband Dave of Grafton; one brother, John Andrew Jacobs Jr. and wife Bonnie of Grafton; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Edwin Eskridge, Sr. who passed away on August 11, 2012, her daughter, Bobbie Jo Eskridge who passed away December 17, 1988 and her brother, Howard Jacobs.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Tuesday,
July 1, 2014 from 2:00-4:00 p.m.
Funeral service will be held also on Tuesday, at 4:00 p.m. with Pastor Mike Stottlemyer officiating.
Interment will follow at the Current Cemetery.
