Jaunita (Newhouse) Lambert, age 99 of George Washington Hwy., Grafton, WV passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017 at her residence.
She was born May 23, 1917 in Grafton, WV the daughter of the late Walter and Hallie (Marquess) Newhouse.

She is survived by one son, James R. “Jim Bob” Lambert and wife Mary, of Keyser, WV; three grandchildren, Jimmy lambert, Bobby Lambert and wife Christine, and Terry Lambert, all of Cumberland, MD; two great-grandchildren, Dylan Lambert and Jacquelyn Lambert, both of Cumberland; two step-grandchildren, Mark Brantner of Singapore and Hanne Lunday of Green Castle, PA; one brother, Jack Newhouse and wife Connie, of Frostburg, MD; and one niece, Barbara Manley of Denton, MD.

Juanita graduated from Grafton High School with the Class of 1935. She was a 50 year member of the Grafton City Hospital Ladies Auxiliary and was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Grafton.

She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister to her family.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at the Woodsdale Memorial Park in Grafton with Rev. Kelly Martin officiating.
