Albert Ray Cook age 79 of Cedar Street, Clarksburg passed away Thursday, December 8, 2016 at United Hospital Center in Clarksburg. Born the son of Ernest Cook and Elsie (Lantz) Cook.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 51 years Vivian, three children Cheryl Y Stack-Voytko of Vermilion, Ohio: Perry L. Deavers of Clarksburg, WV; Shelia D Robertson of Martinsburg, WV; four grandchildren Timothy Stack, John Stack, Sarah Stack-Munoz, Susan Robertson ; also nine great grandchildren; one brother Arlie Cook of Wendel, WV; also several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by one sister: Lillian Shoulders, two brothers Russell Cook and Ralph Cook.

Albert worked in the Maintainence Dept of Ford Motor Co. of Brookpark, Ohio for 25 years. He was a member of the Lost Creek Church of God.

Albert enjoyed his family, fishing, hunting, and tinkering with his cars.

At Albert’s request he will be cremated. There will be no Funeral Home Visitation. A memorial Service will be held at the families convenience.
