Obituary for Barbara Jean White (Kirby)
Barbara J. (Kirby) Moore Fornash White, age 84 of East Main Street, Grafton, WV passed away Wednesday, November 02, 2016 at the Grafton City Hospital.
She was born December 8, 1931 in Fairmont, WV a daughter of the late Walter Irvin Kirby and Lucy Mae (Moore) Kirby.
She is survived by one son, Robert A. Fornash of Grafton and also survived by three nieces, Artie Brown, Jean Holt, and Mae Micheals.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. “Chase” White; one son, John Michael Fornash; one daughter-in-law, Carolyn Fornash; and two brothers and seven sisters.
Barbara worked at the Grafton City Hospital as a housekeeper and was a member of the Taylor County CB’s Club.
There will be no funeral home visitation. At Barbara’s request she will be cremated and a private memorial service will be held at the family’s convenience.
The Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton is in charge of the arrangements for the White family.
