The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Charles James can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Condolence: Sherry, Carolyn and Mary Ann....I am so sorry for your loss. It is so hard to lose these loved ones. I remember your Daddy so well; he was such a nice person and one of the best drivers besides my Daddy that I have ever seen. I am forever, even after all these years, telling about the paper route they used to run and how they were so good at driving.
I am sure he is at peace with the Lord now and can sit back, relax and wait on everyone else. (Maybe even take a drive.)
God Bless all of you and do not be sad. He was a wonderful father who lived a long and wonderful life.

Condolence: So sorry to hear of Charlie's passing. I bet he is riding his scooter around in heaven. There is a man here in Georgia that reminds me of your dad. Sending love and prayers to each of you.

Condolence: I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Recently I lost my dear mother,
and found great comfort in the words of Jesus at John 11:11-14,
where he likens death to being asleep, and at John 5:28,29 - "All
those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out."
