Dorotha Jean (Kisner) Knight , age 90 of Maple Ave., Grafton, WV passed away Friday, February 20, 2015 at her residence.
She was born February 12, 1925 in Grafton, WV a daughter of the late Durley Everett and Nina Merle (Isner) Kisner.

She is survived by one daughter, Carolyn Jean Mikels and husband, Charles of Sanford, FL; six grandchildren, Wendy Knight Donham and husband Jeremy, Cathy Joe Mikels Chism and husband Bret, Charles David Mikels and wife Kim, Jean Knight Baker and husband Chris, John Christian “Chris” Knight and wife Julie, and Nancy Knight Bozic and husband Chris; sixteen great -grandchildren; one daughter-in-law, Suzanna Knight of Grafton; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Dorotha was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Lee Knight, who passed away June 19, 2010; her son, Roy E. “Butch” Knight; one sister, Jo Anne Jones; and two brothers, Durley “Joe” Kisner and William Burtman Kisner.

Dorotha graduated from Grafton High School with the Class of 1943 and was a member of the Naomi chapter 12 O.E.S.
She was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in Grafton.
She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and sister to her family.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Tuesday, Feb. 24th from 3:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Wednesday.
Funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. with Chris Baker and Chris Knight officiating.
Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Pruntytown.
