Ronald  David "Bob"  Bowman
Ronald David Bob” Bowman, age 79 of White Day Road, Grafton, WV passed away Saturday, December 20, 2014 at his sister’s residence.
He was born August 2, 1935 in Barbour County a son of the late Harry Deward and Virgie Lydia (Ball) Bowman.

He is survived by three brothers, Forrest Ray Bowman, Harold Bradford Bowman and wife Betty, and Ted Bowman and wife Ida, all of Grafton; two sisters, Carolyn A. Hamilton and husband Wesley “Sonny” of Grafton and Shirley M. Pitcher of Morgantown; sister-in-law, Dorothy Bowman of Colebank, WV; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Ralph G.
Bowman and two sisters-in-law, Pauline Bowman and Shiela Bowman.

Bob was a veteran of the US Army serving in Korea.
He worked as an assembly machine operator at the St. Regis Paper Company and also was a self-employed electronics technician.
He also enjoyed photography and electronics and was a radio operator for the National Guard.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Monday, December 22, 2014 from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Charles MacDonald officiating.
Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Pruntytown.
Military graveside services will be conducted by the Taylor CountyHonor Guard and the WV Army National Guard of Camp Dawson.
