Condolence: Joe was a great friend of my entire family. I especially remember the support he gave to the 1952 State Champion football team. We couldn't have done it without you, Joe.

Condolence: WHAT A GUY,! If ever a life should be celebrated, it would have to be Joe's. He touched so many lives in so many ways over so many years. I am proud to have known and loved this man. He leaves a legacy that will likely never be equalled. .........At the minimum, streets and bridges should be named in his honorable memory.
