Obituary for Patrick Judson Weekley
Patrick Judson Weekley, age 62 of Eby Road, Thornton, WV passed away Thursday, January 2, 2020 at the Grafton City Hospital.
He was born January 9, 1957 in Bridgeport, WV a son of the late Vance Kemper Weekley and Bernice Kathryn (Patterson) Weekley.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 41 years, Kathryn I. (Noll) Weekley of Thornton; two daughters, Patricia K. Franklin and husband, Chad of Bastrop, LA and Katlin I. Weekley of Thornton; three sisters, Barbara Wilson and husband Glenn of Salem, WV, Elaine Childers of Clarksburg and Janie Smith and husband Ronnie of Clarksburg; one former brother-in-law, Arthur Childers of Salem; and also survived by nieces and nephews, Chris, Eric, Lena, Darreck, Matt, Doug, Stephen, Jonathan, Amanda, Josh, and Beth Ann, along with their spouses, children, and grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one niece, Tina Ferrell.
Patrick was a self-employed truck driver. He enjoyed his family, WVU Basketball, photography, fishing with his daughters, motorcycling, watching the news, and cooking shows.
The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Sunday, January 5th from 4:00-8:00 p.m.
A private graveside service will be conducted.
