Obituary for Matthew Wayne Nestor
Matthew Wayne Nestor, age 39 of Hovatter Road, Thornton, WV passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017 at his residence.
He was born January 18, 1978 in Grafton, WV the son of Wayne Nelson Nestor and the late Barbara Jane (Snyder) Nestor.
He is survived by one son, Donovan Duley of Flemington, WV; one sister, Beverly D. White and husband Jerry of Grafton; one half-sister, Angel Sue Nestor of Grafton; three nieces, Shelby White Arthur and husband Robert, Tavia White and Brooke White, all of Grafton; and two nephews, Brandon White and Zylas Neubauer both of Grafton.
Matthew worked at White’s Heating and Cooling Company in Grafton and he attended Mt. Pleasant United Methodist Church. He enjoyed riding 4 wheelers, watching TV, and working on cars.
The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Wednesday, August 2, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Judy Flynn officiating.
Interment will follow at the Knottsville Cemetery in Grafton.
In lieu of flowers the family wishes donations be made in Matthew’s name to: the Knottsville United Methodist Church c/o Joan Bias 309 Walnut Street, Grafton, WV 26354 or WV Caring P.O. Box 760, Arthurdale, WV 26520.
