Obituary for Margaret Lorrene Burgreen (Martin)
Margaret Lorrene (Martin) Burgreen, age 89 of Martin Road, Grafton, WV passed away Saturday, December 18, 2020 at the Elizabeth Care Center in Elizabeth, WV.
She was born October 11, 1931 in Fairmont, WV a daughter of the late Commodore Dewey Martin and Wanda Adelia (Stewart) Martin.
She is survived by five children, Micah Cokinos (Mitch), Linda Vallorani (Ray), Richard Burgreen (Pam), Joyce Lambert (Tom), James Burgreen (April); several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Marian Ohler; also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonidas Hartley “Joe” Burgreen; one grandson, Ephraim Burgreen; twin great-grandsons, Carter and Landon Vallorani; two sisters, Betty Kisner and JoAnn Maxwell; two brothers, Dewey Keith Martin and Ivan Neil Martin.
Margaret was a member of the Harmony Grove Baptist Church. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother,great-great-grandmother and sister to her family. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
The family will receive friends at the Harmony Grove Baptist Church in Grafton on Tuesday, December 22nd from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:30 p.m.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. at the church with Pastor Jim Baker officiating.
Interment will follow at the Harmony Grove Cemetery.
