Leroy "Dick"  Williams
Leroy “Dick” Williams, age 85 of Lila Road, Grafton, WV passed away Sunday,
November 19, 2017 at the Wallace B. Murphy Nursing Care Facility in Grafton.
He was born December 6, 1931 in Grafton a son of the late George Russell Williams and Jessie (McDonald) Williams.

He is survived by one son, David Wayne “Wayno” Williams and wife Brenda, of Grafton; two daughters, Malinda Jean “Jeanie” Carlyle and Lisa Carol Jones and husband Bernie; eleven grandchildren, Kelly, Missy, Justin, Kerry, Nick, Jarod, Doug, Chelsey, Logan, Jake, and Brayden; seven great-grandchildren, Austin, Kiley, Lane, Mitchell, Mason, Shyley, and Shaydin; two sisters, Geraldine Crossland of Baltimore, MD and Mary Williams of Grafton; a very special companion, Lottie Walters of Grafton; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sons, Anthony Justin Wade “Tony” Williams and Roy Lee Williams; one grandson, Brannon Carlyle; and his son-in-law, Kenneth Carlyle; two sisters, Leona Burl Poling and Thelma Jean Poling; two brothers, Charles Edward “Buck” Williams and John Wayne Williams.

He served in the US Army during the Korean Conflict.
Dick formerly worked at Kalo Motors as a bodyman and was owner/operator of D&T Auto in Grafton.
He was a member of the VFW Memorial City Post 3081 of Grafton.
He enjoyed gardening, fishing, hunting, dancing, watching wrestling, and his family. He was Methodist by faith.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Friday, November 24, 2017 from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.
A graveside service will follow at the Williams Family Cemetery in Thornton, with Chaplin David Spence officiating.
