John Kline Shaffer III, age 25 of Frontier Town Road, Grafton, WV passed away Friday, March 6, 2020 at his home.
He was born March 23, 1994 in Fairmont, WV a son of James E. and Elaine Y. (Knotts) Streets of Grafton.
He is survived by one daughter, Shayla Rose Shaffer at home; two brothers, Timothy A. Shaffer and wife Lexi and Craig A. Shaffer and companion Mikayla Goodwin, all of Grafton; maternal grandmother, Joyce E. Knotts of Grafton; one nephew, Oakley Shaffer and one niece, Everly A. Goodwin of Grafton.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Robert Alan Knotts.

John graduated from Grafton High School with the Class of 2013. He was a cook at Qdoba in Morgantown.
John loved his daughter, Shayla, enjoyed his family, tattooing, fishing, and drawing.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Thursday, March 12th from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Friday.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Friday, March 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ray McMullen officiating.
Interment will follow at the Woodsdale Memorial Park Cemetery in Grafton.
