Mr. Frame was our introduction to Junior High--no more recess as in the elementary grades, but I didn't miss it because Mr. Frame treated us as adults. Learning was still fun--he could be quite witty and good-humored--but now education had a more serious, responsible edge to it in his classrooms.

He is my best and most favorite teacher, for both his soft-spoken yet gregarious personality and because I have used his English lessons every day since leaving eighth grade--as a journslist, grant writer, and a communications director.

He really prepared me for my life. May God bless his family as they realize more than ever what a treasure they shared with us all.

Please accept my condolences to your family on the passing of Mr. Frame. When you look back on your life and identify those who had influence on you, I find Mr. Frame on that list for me. He was passionate and completely committed to his students’ learning grammar and the rules of the English language. I recall wanting to do well for him and worked hard that I could do so. He cared. He would go through the class one by one at his desk testing us. That dedication made a world of difference for me. The successes we have later in life are built upon a foundation of those who have invested in us throughout our lives. I hope that the family of Mr. Frame takes comfort in knowing how many lives he touched, the impact he had and the fondness and respect he continues to invoke to this day. May he Rest In Peace. His influence lives on in many ways.

Mr Frame was a force to be remembered in education. Tough but fair, he was probably the sole reason I have great command of English to this day. He was a teacher I shall never forget and wish we had more of, as that level of attention detail is not often found. We were saddened to hear of his passing. I hope I find my place beside his desk one day up yonder, as I’m still a talker and I’m pretty sure he will still be on point. Thank you Mr Frame. You are going to be missed.

I had Mr. Frame for English two years in a row and I think I learned more in his class then any other Engish class I took. I remember I said the word ain't one time in class and he was going to flunk me for the year unless I could find ain't in that thick dictionary in his room. I did find the word in the dictionary and he laughed at and then told me he knew it was in the dictionary. I like having him for a teacher.
