Obituary for George Lee Harris
George Lee Harris, age 88 of School Street, Grafton, WV passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at his residence.
He was born October 7, 1931 in Taylor County, WV a son of the late Albert and Ella (McCoy) Harris
He is survived by his wife, Viola C. (Harris) Harris.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by eleven brothers and sisters. George was the last surviving member of his immediate family.
He worked as an Operating Engineer Local # 324 with the city of Detroit.
There will be no funeral home visitation. A private graveside service will be conducted Friday, June 19, 2020 at the Floral Hills Cemetery in Mt. Clare.
