Delores Ann (Whitehair) Patton, age 79 of Shelby Run Road, Grafton, WV passed away Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the United Hospital Center in Bridgeport.

She was born July 12, 1938 in Grafton, WV, a daughter of the late Frederick E. and Ilian (Kelly) Whitehair.
She is survived by two sons, David W. Patton and Brian L. Patton and companion, Jody Farnsworth, all of Grafton; two granddaughters, Brandi N. Patton of Morgantown, WV and Lisa D. Mills and husband Adam, of Boothsville, WV; and one grandson, David W. Patton, Jr. of Grafton.
She was preceded in death by her former husband, Walter W. Patton.

Delores was a graduate of Grafton High School and formerly worked as a seamstress at the Grafton-Morgantown Apparel Company.

She enjoyed crocheting, reading, playing poker, gardening, and flowers.

At Delores’s request, she will be cremated. There will be no funeral home visitation or funeral. The family will have a private memorial services at a later date.
