Billie Ann Kulp age 74 of Cary NC passed away on June 28, 2020.
Billie was predeceased by her parents Lloyd and Margaret Mauller and her brother Donald Mauller. She is survived by her son and his wife Jeff and Kim Kulp, Sr and her grandchildren Jeffrey, Ethan, Sam and Gwendolyn.
She will be laid to rest on Tuesday July 7, 2020 at Woodsdale Memorials Park at 12:30 pm. Viewing to be held at Donald G. Ford Funeral Home at 11:00 a.m. in Grafton, WV.
Isaiah 12:2 “Behold, God is my salvation: I will trust and not be afraid: for the Lord Jehovah is my strength and my song; He also is become my salvation.”
