Obituary for Andrew Richard Spiker
Andrew Richard Spiker, age 61 of Beverly Pike, Grafton, WV passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 at his residence surrounded by his family.
He was born February 27, 1959 in Keyser, WV a son of Gerald R. Spiker of Grafton and the late Vera Carol (Welch) Spiker.
He is survived by ten siblings, Barbara C. Mochan (Mike) of Wall, PA, Clarence E. Spiker (Jessie) of Romney, WV, Sandra L. Fleming (Charles) of Salisbury, MD, Patricia A. Fleming (John) of Allen, MD, Katherine M. Spiker of Seaford, DE, Nancy S. Frey (Eric) of Seaford, DE, Gerald R. Spiker, Jr. (Brandy) of Grafton, William V. Spiker (Heather) also of Grafton, Kimberly A. Spiker of NC, and Matthew E. Spiker (Catherine) of Fairmont, WV; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Andrew graduated from Grafton High School with the Class of 1982, where he was a member of the FFA.
He participated in the Special Olympics for several years and enjoyed cutting firewood, gardening, enjoyed children, and seeing old friends.
The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Saturday, July 18th from 9:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Ryan Cole and Clarence E. Spiker officiating.
Interment will follow at the Bayard Cemetery in Bayard, WV.
