Barbara Jean (Criss) Hunt, age 80 of W. Washington Street, Grafton, WV passed away Saturday, September 29, 2017 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
She was born September 3, 1937 in Fairmont, WV a daughter of the late
Kenneth W. and Beatrice V. (Watson) Criss.

She is survived by one son, Daniel A. Hunt of Grafton; two grandchildren, Katelyn Hunt Cumings and husband Drew of Morgantown and Steven Hunt and fiance’ Jordan of Ashburn, VA; one brother, Donald Criss and wife Linda, of Fairmont; five sisters, Anita Warren and husband Bud of Akron, OH, Marilyn Ruger and husband Rodney of Portland, OR, Nancy Cibella and husband John of Crossville, TN, Sheila Wohlgamuth and husband Robert of Akron, OH, and Janet Clites also of Akron; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Glen W. “Jack” Hunt on September 23, 2007.

Barbara graduated from Fairmont High School with the Class of 1955. She worked as a receptionist for the Taylor County Senior Center for 24 years and was a member of the Good Shepherd United Methodist Church in Grafton.
She enjoyed her family, reading, her church and activities, and her job and co-workers.
Barbara will be dearly missed by her entire family.

The family will receive friends at the Donald G. Ford Funeral Home in Grafton on Monday, October 2nd from 4:00-8:00 p.m. and from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour on Tuesday.
Funeral services will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Bert Coffman officiating.
Interment will follow at the WV National Cemetery in Pruntytown.
