Carol Ann (Morris) Jackson, age 71 of Grafton (formerly of Morgantown), WV passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at her residence.

She was born May 18, 1944 in Morgantown, WV a daughter of the late Albert G. and Lucille (Turner) Morris.

She is survived by four children, Kandy L. Reese and husband, Rick of Russell Springs, KY, Shelley A. Jackson of Charleston, SC, James “Jim” E. Jackson, Jr. of Columbus, OH, and Pamela J. Abfall of Elyria, OH; five grandchildren, Jessica Peace, Joshua Peace, Amber Abfall, Larry Joe Abfall, and Jarod Abfall; one sister, Mary Swiger of Morgantown; also survived by several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Jackson who passed away June 10, 2002 and one brother, David Morris.

Carol was a homemaker and enjoyed her family, her dog, “Trixie”, and working outdoors in her yard and her flowers.
She was Morman by faith.
At Carol’s request, there will be no funeral home visitation and she will be cremated.
A memorial service will be planned at the WV National Cemetery in the Fall of 2015.
